Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clientele and VIP clients
- Present and demonstrate Vacheron Constantin timepieces with deep product knowledge and heritage storytelling
- Execute personalized client consultations to identify preferences and requirements
- Process sales transactions and handle client inquiries with sophistication and discretion
- Contribute to achievement of boutique sales targets and client satisfaction metrics
- Represent the brand with elegance and professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end client advisory roles
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with affluent clientele
- Knowledge of luxury watches, horology, or fine goods is advantageous

Experience
3+ years of experience in luxury retail, client advisory, or related high-end sales environment, preferably within watchmaking, jewelry, or comparable luxury sectors.
Education
