Richemont seeks a Sales Associate to deliver premium clienteling and retail operations for Alaïa, the legendary Parisian fashion house celebrated for body-conscious silhouettes and creative contemporary design. The role encompasses client-facing sales of apparel and leather goods, inventory management, customer relationship cultivation, visual merchandising execution, and operational support within a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute client-facing sales and consultation for Alaïa apparel and leather goods collections
- Manage product inventory and maintain accurate customer relationship management records
- Propose and execute in-store visual displays and merchandise positioning
- Collaborate with team members, internal departments, and retail partners such as department store stakeholders
- Contribute to operational excellence and sales target achievement
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales experience in the fashion industry, preferably with apparel and leather goods
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members, internal departments, and external partners
- Track record of collaborative teamwork with positive influence on peers
- Ability to think strategically and execute independently toward sales and business objectives

Experience
Previous sales experience in the fashion industry, with emphasis on apparel and leather goods retail preferred.
Education
