Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Taipei — boutique retail role delivering exceptional client service and achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, discreet client service across all touchpoints, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and brand presentation.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling, personalised follow-ups and after-sales care.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while promoting key products and campaigns.
- Maintain expert product knowledge and communicate brand heritage, technical details and craftsmanship to clients.
- Operate the POS, process transactions accurately, manage receipts and returns in line with company policy.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure boutique presentation meets brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
- Perform stock handling, inventory checks and receipting; assist with ordering and replenishment processes.
- Adhere to loss-prevention protocols, regulatory compliance and internal reporting procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in premium or luxury retail or client-facing sales roles; experience with watches or jewellery is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-minded approach and discretion handling high-value clientele.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to convert interactions into sales while meeting KPIs.
- Professional presentation and ability to uphold rigorous brand standards.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends, public holidays and occasional evening events.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury or premium retail, boutique sales or client-facing roles; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-level client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management is advantageous.
