Dunhill is hiring a Sales Associate at Breeze A3, Taipei — deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales for a leading menswear brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional one-to-one luxury client service; advise customers on product selection across ready-to-wear, leather goods and accessories.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through active selling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and maintain a confidential client book; perform clienteling activities including follow-ups, appointment booking and personalised outreach.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge and communicate brand heritage, product construction and after-sales options to clients.
  • Ensure immaculate boutique presentation through visual merchandising, window dressing and housekeeping standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately; handle transactions, receipts, refunds and gift packaging in accordance with brand procedures.
  • Manage stockroom operations including receiving, replenishment, inventory control and loss-prevention practices.
  • Support store-level administrative tasks and sales reporting; collaborate with the boutique team and regional management on initiatives and events.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable customer-service orientation with polished interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presentation and the ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion and tact.
  • Right to work in Taiwan (permit or residency) and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
  • Numeracy and attention to detail for transaction accuracy and stock control.

Experience

Preferably 1–3 years of retail experience, ideally within luxury fashion or menswear; a proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships is highly valued.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
