Richemont seeks a Client Advisor in Taichung to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships within a luxury retail setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized client consultations and product recommendations aligned with individual preferences and lifestyle
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients through attentive service and follow-up
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across the portfolio and articulate brand heritage and craftsmanship
  • Process transactions efficiently while ensuring seamless payment and after-sales support
  • Maintain immaculate presentation of the retail environment and merchandise displays

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end sales environments
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage diverse clientele
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand values and commitment to excellence in service delivery

Experience
