Richemont seeks a Client Advisor in Taichung to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships within a luxury retail setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultations and product recommendations aligned with individual preferences and lifestyle
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients through attentive service and follow-up
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across the portfolio and articulate brand heritage and craftsmanship
- Process transactions efficiently while ensuring seamless payment and after-sales support
- Maintain immaculate presentation of the retail environment and merchandise displays
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end sales environments
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage diverse clientele
- Strong understanding of luxury brand values and commitment to excellence in service delivery
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain professional composure under pressure
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, jewelry, watches, fashion, or comparable high-end consumer goods environment.
Education
Secondary education required; completion of relevant sales or hospitality training or certifications is advantageous.
