Richemont Client Advisor position in Singapore: deliver luxury retail sales and personalized client service in an upscale environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide bespoke consultation and personalized styling guidance to discerning clientele
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through attentive service and follow-up engagement
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining brand integrity
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across the house's collections and heritage
- Execute visual merchandising principles and maintain impeccable store presentation standards
- Process transactions with accuracy and professionalism, utilizing point-of-sale systems
- Participate in brand events, product launches, and client appreciation activities
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or hospitality sales environments
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for client service
- Strong sales acumen with ability to identify client needs and present appropriate solutions
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, targets-driven environment while maintaining elegance and composure
Skills
Experience
2–5 years of proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end client-facing roles, with demonstrated success in sales achievement and client relationship building.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; post-secondary qualifications in fashion, business, hospitality, or related disciplines are advantageous.
