Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high‑net‑worth and retail clients, creating memorable in‑store experiences and fostering long‑term relationships.
- Proactively clientelise: maintain and grow a personal client book, conduct follow‑up communications, and convert leads into appointments and sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team KPIs and promotional initiatives.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across the maison’s collections and advise clients on product features, provenance and after‑sales care.
- Execute daily boutique operations including POS transactions, accurate cash handling, stock replenishment and inventory controls.
- Support merchandising standards and maintain visual presentation in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Record client interactions and sales activity in the CRM; prepare client reports and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Collaborate with after‑sales, repairs and concierge teams to ensure seamless post‑purchase service and client satisfaction.
- Comply with company policies, loss‑prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high‑touch luxury service with impeccable interpersonal skills and professional presence.
- Excellent verbal communication and active‑listening skills; polished etiquette when engaging affluent clientele.
- Comfortable working retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays; adaptable to peak trading periods.
- Authorization to work in Singapore or ability to secure appropriate employment permission.
- Fluency in English preferred; additional languages an advantage (not specified in source).

Typically 1–3 years of client‑facing experience in luxury retail or premium services is preferred, with demonstrable sales performance and experience managing client relationships.
