Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve boutique monthly and annual sales turnover in alignment with Maison commercial and sales strategy
  • Deliver exceptional and personalized customer experiences in the boutique across all touchpoints—in-store, telephone, email, and mail
  • Maintain impeccable personal appearance and represent the highest standards of the Maison both inside and outside the boutique
  • Collect and maintain qualitative customer data to enhance the boutique's customer portfolio
  • Cultivate customer loyalty through consistent excellence in service and personal treatment
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with Maison guidelines, ensuring displays and furnishings meet brand specifications
  • Ensure the boutique maintains constant cleanliness, tidiness, and optimal presentation at all times
  • Participate actively in team meetings, contests, events, and annual inventory counts as required
  • Assist fellow ambassadors during sales activities, including customer service, gift-wrapping, and inventory conveyance
  • Execute boutique operations tasks including restocking, display maintenance, sales accessories follow-up, and equipment maintenance
  • Uphold and actively promote security protocols and a security-conscious mindset throughout daily operations
  • Report key information and maintain accurate records within Maison information systems

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree (AAS) or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong achievement orientation, curiosity, work ethic, and empathy
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in luxury and high-end retail sectors
  • Fluency in Korean; proficiency in Chinese and English is highly advantageous
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service standards and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated team collaboration skills and multitasking capability
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with point-of-sale and CRM systems
  • Product knowledge of luxury goods and high-end accessories

Experience
