Richemont Client Advisor, Seoul. Support Store Manager in luxury retail operations, team leadership, and premium customer service in a temporary full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and store management guidelines
- Manage staffing issues, plan shifts and rotas, and address customer complaints to enhance customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate key product and service features and lead demo specialists to maximize customer value during presentations
- Guide teams in delivering consistent product and service information aligned with established messaging and positioning
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales floor, front end, and back end to achieve sales performance goals
- Lead teams in recording and processing customer orders and aggregate customer issues to develop response strategies
- Develop and approve work schedules, manage overtime, and allocate resources as needed
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services during customer interactions
- Set clear objectives for sales meetings, use standard presentation materials, and gauge customer interest through relevant questioning
- Implement customer contact plans for product launches and sales campaigns to build new client relationships
- Act as first point of contact for customer queries and complaints, resolving issues or escalating complex cases appropriately
- Use product expertise to recommend solutions that meet customer needs and facilitate purchases under standard terms
- Monitor personal and team performance, allocate work, review completion, and implement corrective actions
- Participate in performance management, appraisals, and ongoing professional development activities
Qualifications
- Short-cycle tertiary education
- Managerial experience in supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results
- Experience handling various situations and providing guidance to others
- Demonstrated ability to work within limited timeframes and manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
