Richemont seeks a Client Advisor in Seoul to deliver exceptional luxury client service, drive sales and manage client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch service to prospective and existing clients to build long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, appointment selling and relationship management.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including product presentation, demonstration, transaction processing and aftersales follow-up.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for watches and jewellery, advising clients on technical features, provenance and care.
  • Use the CRM and POS systems to record interactions, schedule appointments and maintain accurate client files.
  • Support visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold maison standards and enhance product storytelling.
  • Participate in private viewings, client events and special sales initiatives to drive conversion and elevate brand presence.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, loss-prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales or client-facing roles; typically 2+ years within premium watches, jewellery or comparable luxury categories.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive client development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach and polished presentation.
  • Solid CRM and POS proficiency; meticulous attention to detail in client records and transaction handling.
  • Fluency in Korean is typically required for the Seoul market; professional English is highly desirable.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to participate in client events.
