Richemont seeks a Client Advisor in Seoul to deliver luxury client service, drive sales and represent the maison with discretion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience in accordance with maison standards, building long‑term relationships and client loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross‑selling and proactive clienteling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across collections and communicate provenance, technical details and care guidance to high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Manage client records and follow up using CRM tools; create and execute outreach plans for key clients and opportunities.
  • Support daily store operations including stock handling, merchandising to visual guidelines, loss prevention and point‑of‑sale transactions.
  • Represent the brand at in‑store events and private appointments, coordinating with store management and cross‑functional teams for VIP service.

Qualifications

  • Proven luxury retail sales background; typically 1–3 years in a customer‑facing role within watches, jewellery or high‑end fashion.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage high‑value transactions with discretion and professionalism.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, tact and cultural sensitivity when dealing with discerning clients.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with attention to merchandising standards, stock accuracy and client follow‑up.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
