Richemont (Vacheron Constantin) seeks a Client Advisor in Seoul (Lotte Department Store) to deliver personalised luxury watch sales and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑touch, personalised client service to an affluent and international clientele at the Vacheron Constantin boutique in Lotte Department Store (Seoul).
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and appointment management.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across the maison’s watch collections and communicate technical and heritage details clearly to clients.
  • Manage the boutique’s client database and CRM entries, ensuring accurate records of preferences, purchases and service requirements.
  • Coordinate with after‑sales and service teams to arrange repairs, servicing and warranty follow‑ups, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Uphold brand visual merchandising and presentation standards, manage stock levels and assist with inventory control and incoming deliveries.
  • Represent the brand at trunk shows, private viewings and client events as required, supporting local marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies including cash handling, loss prevention and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within watches, high jewellery or fine jewellery boutiques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain long‑term client relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent Korean and strong conversational English preferred (if expressly required, language proficiency will be confirmed during hiring).
  • Impeccable presentation and understanding of luxury customer service protocols.
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and special events.

Experience
