Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high‑net‑worth and retail clients, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and appointment management.
  • Exhibit authoritative product knowledge of IWC watch collections, movements and technical features; advise clients on product selection and care.
  • Operate POS and CRM systems accurately for sales, client records and after‑sales follow‑up; ensure precise cash and transaction handling.
  • Maintain boutique standards for presentation and visual merchandising; assist with in‑store events, launches and trunk shows.
  • Manage stock, incoming deliveries and inventory reconciliation in accordance with brand procedures and loss‑prevention policies.
  • Coordinate after‑sales service referrals and workshop appointments, liaising with service centres to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales or boutique clienteling, preferably within watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
  • Deep interest in horology and demonstrable aptitude for learning mechanical watch technicalities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with polished, consultative selling technique and strong commercial awareness.
  • Customer‑focused, discreet manner appropriate to high‑value client interactions; impeccable presentation.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays; ability to travel locally for client appointments or events.
