Richemont seeks a Client Advisor in Seoul to deliver high-touch luxury service and develop client relationships for its maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high-touch service to local and international clients; manage appointments and follow-up communications to cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across relevant maisons and collections, advising clients on provenance, craftsmanship and technical details.
  • Execute visual merchandising and boutique standards to reflect maison identity and seasonal campaigns.
  • Use POS and CRM systems to process sales, manage client records and generate post‑sale service actions.
  • Support stock management, inventory cycles and loss-prevention procedures; coordinate with after-sales and watch/jewellery servicing teams as required.
  • Participate in in-store events, trunk shows and client outreach initiatives to expand the client base.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail or boutique sales, preferably within watches, jewellery, leather goods or premium accessories.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Commercial mindset with experience meeting sales targets and KPI reporting.
  • Impeccable presentation, professionalism and discretion when dealing with high-net-worth clientele.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience

Minimum two years of customer-facing experience in luxury retail or boutique environments; experience with high-value transactions and client acquisition is preferred.
