Role & Responsibilities
- Create and deliver exceptional customer experiences that uphold IWC's brand standards and prestige
- Present and demonstrate watch collections with passion and technical expertise, prioritizing client satisfaction
- Drive sales performance and contribute to revenue targets whilst cultivating long-term customer relationships
- Maintain and expand the client database through proactive relationship management and aftercare
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure boutique operational excellence, visual presentation standards, and seamless back-office processes

Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous
- Multiple years of professional experience in luxury goods retail, premium retail, or sales
