Richemont Client Advisor position in Rome; luxury retail, styling, and client relationship management on a fixed-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling consultations and product recommendations to discerning clientele
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through attentive service and follow-up
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue through consultative selling techniques
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of the brand's collections and craftsmanship
- Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and merchandise standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or client-facing environments
- Strong understanding of luxury goods and clientele expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Fluency in Italian and English
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail, boutique operations, or high-end fashion retail environments is required. Previous experience as a Client Advisor, Sales Associate, or in a similar customer-facing luxury role is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in luxury retail or styling is advantageous.
