Richemont seeks a Part‑Time Sales Associate (UAE Nationals) in Abu Dhabi — boutique role focused on luxury client service and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service in a luxury boutique environment to cultivate long‑term client relationships and maximise repeat business.
- Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities to achieve individual and store revenue targets.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of watches, jewellery and accessories; communicate brand history and craftsmanship to clients.
- Manage clienteling activities and CRM records to nurture prospects and schedule private appointments and follow-ups.
- Execute point‑of‑sale transactions, cash handling and accurate invoice processing in accordance with boutique procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment, inventory control and boutique presentation.
- Uphold brand and compliance standards including store policies, loss prevention and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in store events, trunk shows and team briefings; work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Must be a UAE national (role restricted to UAE Nationals).
- Proven aptitude for luxury sales with a client‑centric mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills; comfortable interacting with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
- Legal right to work in the UAE and to work part‑time hours.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1+ years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high‑touch client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary training in retail, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
