Sales Advisor – Richemont, Paris. Join our Champs-Élysées boutique in a permanent full-time luxury retail position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with clientele on the sales floor, providing personalized product consultations and styling guidance
  • Present collections and articulate key product features, craftsmanship, and brand heritage to prospective buyers
  • Process transactions with precision and maintain detailed client records for future engagement
  • Build and cultivate a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up communication
  • Monitor inventory levels and merchandise presentation on the sales floor
  • Collaborate with store management and peers to achieve individual and team sales targets

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end sales environments
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage discerning clientele

  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and peak trading periods

Experience
