Chloé Sales Advisor position in Paris on rue Saint-Honoré – long-term fixed contract with Richemont.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling consultations and product recommendations to discerning clientele
- Drive sales through client engagement and relationship-building
- Maintain boutique standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations
- Build and nurture a clientele database for ongoing relationship management
Qualifications
- Proven retail or client-facing experience in luxury fashion or comparable sector
- Demonstrated ability to identify and respond to client styling preferences
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of contemporary fashion trends and luxury brand positioning

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales, preferably in a boutique or direct-to-consumer environment.
Education
Secondary education required; further qualification in fashion, retail management, or related field preferred.
