Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in New York (Hudson Yards) to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service in a high-touch boutique environment to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships using company CRM and clienteling best practices to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across the maison’s assortment (e.g., watches, jewelry, leather goods or writing instruments) and translate features into client benefits.
  • Execute boutique visual standards, merchandise presentation and housekeeping to the brand’s merchandising guidelines.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system and support stockroom management and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support after-sales service and client follow-up, including appointment scheduling, order tracking and concierge requests.
  • Collaborate with store management on local marketing initiatives, inventory flow and events.

Qualifications

  • Proven client-facing experience; 1+ years in luxury retail or high-end hospitality preferred.
  • Demonstrable sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional manner.
  • Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
