Richemont is hiring a Client Advisor in New York (Madison). Deliver luxury client service and drive sales for the maison’s boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience aligned with high‑jewellery and luxury watchroom standards; proactively develop and sustain long‑term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, clienteling and upsell techniques.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including client outreach, product presentations, transaction processing and after‑sales follow up.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, presentation and inventory control; ensure product is handled and stored according to maison protocols.
  • Use CRM and boutique systems to record client information, log interactions and support targeted outreach and events.
  • Collaborate with the store management team on events, private appointments and cross‑maison initiatives to amplify client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail or premium services with demonstrable sales performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills with refined clienteling abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation suited to a luxury environment.
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak shopping periods; flexibility for client appointments and events.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
