Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized consultation and styling guidance to discerning clientele
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and communicate brand heritage and craftsmanship
  • Drive sales performance while maintaining a focus on long-term client relationships and satisfaction
  • Maintain immaculate product presentation and visual merchandising standards
  • Process transactions accurately and manage clienteling activities
  • Support boutique operations and contribute to team goals

Qualifications

  • Proven retail or luxury sales experience
  • Ability to engage and connect authentically with high-net-worth clientele
  • Professional demeanor and refined personal presentation
  • Fluency in German and English

Experience
