Vacheron Constantin seeks an experienced Client Advisor in Munich, Germany for luxury boutique retail. Lead sales, build elite clientele, and embody watchmaking heritage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique-level monthly sales targets as defined by management
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique, representing the brand with ambassadorial distinction
- Proactively identify and develop new client acquisition opportunities whilst fostering loyalty among existing patrons
- Design and execute tailored, high-value sales strategies with particular emphasis on the Les Cabinotiers clientele segment
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every client across all touchpoints
- Provide expert product knowledge and articulate the heritage, craftsmanship, and provenance of the Vacheron Constantin maison
- Support clients with pre- and post-sale service inquiries and resolve concerns with appropriate escalation to management when necessary
- Maintain rigorous CRM standards through consistent and accurate client data capture, tracking, and relationship documentation utilising available systems
- Collaborate with management on boutique support initiatives, in-store events, and external networking activities
- Comply with all security, operational, and brand standards established by Richemont, the maison, and the boutique
- Support daily boutique opening and closing procedures; communicate maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain merchandise presentation and daily care of window displays and inventory
- Train newly hired team members in sales excellence and visual standards
- Actively participate in daily and annual stock takes and cycle counts
- Support special projects including price updates, back-office tasks, and ad-hoc boutique operations as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of documented experience in luxury goods retail
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in a high-end boutique environment
- Proven ability to build and nurture high-value client relationships through exceptional service delivery
- Evidence of proactive new client acquisition and existing client portfolio development
- Expertise in CRM systems and commitment to meticulous data management and follow-up protocols
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards, attention to detail, and commitment to problem-solving
- Ability to communicate product expertise and brand heritage authentically
- Fluency in German and English; additional language proficiency advantageous
