Cartier Client Advisor position in Monterrey, Mexico. Drive luxury jewelry sales, build client relationships, and deliver exceptional omnichannel retail experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators as established by management
  • Execute short-, medium-, and long-term sales actions to optimize individual and boutique performance
  • Maximize purchase and repurchase opportunities through consistent clientelling actions and client journey follow-up
  • Develop targeted conversion strategies for service clients, visitors, and prospects to transform them into loyal clients
  • Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service that reflects Cartier's luxury standards, including greeting, product consultation, and post-sale relationship management
  • Champion client discovery to gather and leverage personal information (hobbies, interests, family connections) for relationship building
  • Research and engage with clients regarding relevant events and lifestyle interests beyond the boutique
  • Execute hyper-personalized omnichannel experiences including in-home product presentations, engraving services, digital touchpoints, concierge support, and special event coordination
  • Prepare for client visits using CRM databases and relationship history to optimize the in-boutique experience
  • Suggest products from the Cartier portfolio based on client preferences and broader retail network availability
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Cartier products, craftsmanship, heritage, and competitive landscape
  • Share expertise and market intelligence with the team through daily briefings and monthly meetings
  • Uphold all security, operational, and compliance procedures, including anti-money laundering protocols and product handling guidelines
  • Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and boutique maintenance as required
  • Master transaction tools, client portfolio management systems (Salesforce), and service-specific systems
  • Execute inventory counts, cycle counts, merchandise safety checks, and administrative documentation accurately and timely
  • Operate as a Cartier brand ambassador, exemplifying the maison's values and luxury service philosophy both internally and with clientele
  • Participate actively in company-sponsored training programs, events, and mentoring initiatives

Experience

Prior experience in clientelling, personal shopping, or VIP customer management is highly valued. Familiarity with Richemont brands or similar luxury conglomerates is a significant advantage. Retail supervisory or mentoring experience is preferred.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; additional qualifications in luxury retail management, customer service certification, or jewelry/horology studies are advantageous.
