Richemont is hiring a Client Advisor in Monterrey, Mexico — deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized service to high-net-worth and aspirational clients, building long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, follow-up, and tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and convey brand heritage and technical details with confidence during client interactions.
- Execute clienteling activities using the store CRM: record interactions, manage appointments, and track lead progression.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and ensure accurate cash and payment reconciliation.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and presentation of merchandise.
- Support after-sales service and liaise with service/repairs teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with the store team on events, private viewings and targeted outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Secondary education completed; vocational or retail-related training is advantageous.
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in luxury retail or premium customer-facing sales; direct experience with watches, jewellery or premium accessories preferred.
- Professional, polished presentation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain client relationships and to manage a CRM-driven client book.
- High degree of reliability, discretion and commitment to brand standards.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years in luxury or premium retail sales with a proven record of client development and sales performance; experience with watches or jewellery is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or luxury goods preferred.
