Richemont is hiring a Client Advisor in Monterrey, Mexico — deliver personalised luxury clienteling and drive boutique sales for the Maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service and build long-term relationships with high‑value clients through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by promoting the Maison’s product range and services with expert product knowledge.
  • Manage daily point‑of‑sale operations including transactions, cash handling, returns and accurate record keeping.
  • Maintain boutique presentation standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Use CRM systems to update client dossiers, schedule appointments and track lead conversion; participate in in‑store events and client experiences.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on local business plans, market feedback and promotional activities to optimise commercial performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail or high‑end client‑facing sales, ideally in watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client‑centric mindset and polished professional presence.
  • Strong numeracy, organisational capability and attention to detail for transaction accuracy and stock management.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and retail peak periods.
  • Legal right to work in Mexico and ability to represent an international luxury Maison with discretion and integrity.

Experience
