Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-end client service on the boutique floor to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise client lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and after-sales follow-up.
  • Own the full client journey: prospecting, appointments, consultations, bespoke service and post-sale care.
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity in the CRM system; execute targeted outreach and clienteling campaigns.
  • Represent the maison with impeccable visual presentation, product knowledge and professional standards at all times.
  • Support merchandising, stock management, inventory controls and store operations including receiving and stock reconciliation.
  • Contribute to in-store events, trunk shows and VIP appointments in coordination with management and regional teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, boutique sales or high-value client service; background with watches, jewellery or accessories preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage discerning clientele.
  • Strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for heritage craftsmanship; aptitude for learning technical product details.
  • Professional presentation, discretion and ability to protect client confidentiality.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and special events.

Experience
