Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through personalized service and consultative selling
- Present luxury collections and products with expert knowledge and aesthetic sensibility
- Identify and understand client preferences, lifestyle, and aspirations to recommend appropriate selections
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring exceptional customer experience
- Maintain detailed client records and follow up to encourage repeat business and loyalty
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in client-facing roles within a luxury retail or hospitality environment
- Fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an innate ability to engage diverse clientele
