Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and personalized client experiences throughout the sales journey, from welcome through discovery, consultation, negotiation, and post-sale engagement
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, cultivating loyalty and systematically expanding the personal client portfolio
- Execute targeted CRM actions and participate in client events as a Maison Ambassador
- Master all stages of the sales process, adapting approach to individual client needs, motivations, and objections with professionalism
- Meet both individual and boutique sales targets, encompassing quantitative revenue metrics and qualitative service standards
- Serve as the privileged contact for after-sales support and client inquiries
- Participate in daily boutique operations including inventory management, opening and closing procedures, and visual merchandising implementation
- Support special projects and maintain full compliance with brand and boutique policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or luxury retail environments
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
