Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, discreet and high‑touch client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and bespoke advisory consultations.
  • Manage and grow a client portfolio using CRM best practices: follow up leads, schedule private appointments and document client preferences.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge across collections; present product provenance, materials and technical details with confidence.
  • Execute boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, receiving and inventory control, and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Coordinate with after-sales and service teams to ensure seamless client experience, including repairs, warranties and bespoke requests.
  • Uphold security, compliance and loss-prevention procedures, and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales aptitude; ideally 1–3 years’ experience in luxury goods, watches, jewelry or high-end accessories.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a service-first mentality.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and to manage a pipeline of VIP clients.
  • Comfortable with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends; legally authorised to work in the United States.
  • Professional presentation, attention to detail and high standards for visual display and boutique upkeep.
  • Additional language skills (for example Spanish or Portuguese) are advantageous but not mandatory.
