Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, discreet client service to high-net-worth customers, building long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling and appointment management.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge across the maison’s collections to provide accurate styling, technical and provenance information.
- Manage client files and follow-up activities in the CRM system; coordinate after-sales care and service requests.
- Operate point-of-sale transactions, process payments and ensure accurate sales documentation and inventory adjustments.
- Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards, including window styling and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with boutique and regional teams on launches, private events and client outreach initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with brand security, loss-prevention and luxury retail service protocols.
Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish; professional working knowledge of English preferred.
- Proven retail sales experience in luxury goods (watches, jewellery or high-end accessories) — demonstrated record of meeting targets.
- Strong clienteling, interpersonal and communication skills with a service-driven mindset.
- Comfortable using CRM and POS systems; strong numerical accuracy for transactional duties.
- Legal right to work in Mexico and flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by boutique hours.

Preferably 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or boutique sales; demonstrable success in building and managing a high-value client portfolio and meeting sales targets.
Education
