Vacheron Constantin Client Advisor position in London. Richemont seeks an experienced luxury retail professional for its Old Bond Street boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization, enabling effective information flow and resolution of issues
  • Set clear objectives for each sales interaction; develop and deliver presentations tailored to the interests, needs, and concerns of clients; gather and analyze relevant information; and secure agreement on customer requirements
  • Cultivate a personal network within the luxury watch market and represent the organization at industry events to obtain market intelligence and enhance brand visibility and reputation
  • Configure complex product-and-services solutions and associated contractual terms that meet the customer's mid- to long-term needs; present solutions to client representatives and negotiate agreements within commercial parameters
  • Manage and deliver pricing and terms negotiations, working with internal teams and external strategic partners to optimize commercial outcomes
  • Control and monitor specific business performance metrics, ensuring strategic alignment with financial goals and objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of client contracts and service-level agreements, coordinating and supervising activities related to major accounts
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system, identifying opportunities for system improvement to enhance customer relationship management
  • Implement compliance management protocols for external partners and client relationships
  • Develop product education initiatives to enhance client knowledge and team performance
  • Act as a subject matter expert in luxury watchmaking, brand heritage, and industry best practices, maintaining in-depth knowledge of current regulations and market trends through continuing professional development
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company diversity and inclusion guidelines

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or equivalent level of education
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in luxury retail or high-end client service
  • Watchmaking knowledge or strong understanding of the luxury watch market
  • Thorough understanding of Vacheron Constantin's brand values and heritage
  • Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building capabilities
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-value clients
  • Strong networking skills and proactive approach to client acquisition
