Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth clientele through personalized service and product expertise
- Execute sales transactions and process orders while maintaining meticulous record-keeping for client preferences and purchase history
- Provide consultative product recommendations grounded in comprehensive knowledge of the brand's collections and heritage
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless inventory management and visual merchandising standards across the boutique
- Participate in client events and exclusive previews to strengthen brand loyalty and generate new business
Qualifications
