Richemont seeks Client Advisor at Old Bond Street, London. Luxury timepiece sales, client relationship management, and boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts, identifying and building relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers
- Set clear objectives for each sales call and deliver tailored presentations addressing the known interests, needs, and concerns of customers
- Cultivate a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at industry events to obtain market intelligence and enhance brand visibility
- Configure complex product-and-services solutions and negotiate agreements within predefined commercial parameters
- Manage and deliver pricing and terms projects, negotiating with external strategic partners
- Manage a portfolio of contracts and negotiate service-level agreements for major accounts
- Oversee CRM system implementation and maintenance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Implement and control compliance management for external partners
- Develop product education courses to meet identified business needs
- Contribute to boutique operations including timepieces set-up, reporting, and inventory management
- Act as a subject matter expert in watchmaking, brand policy, and industry best practices through continuing professional development
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent level of education
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in luxury retail or high-end client service
- Watchmaking knowledge or strong understanding of the luxury market and Vacheron Constantin's brand values
- Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills with proven ability to recruit and develop clients
- Strong networking skills and proactive approach to identifying and cultivating new client relationships
- Experience in general supervision of junior colleagues
- Extensive experience enabling the job holder to handle the majority of situations and advise others

Experience
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in luxury retail or high-end client service, consistently seeking excellence. Experience in managing complex customer accounts, developing sales strategies, and supervising junior colleagues is essential. Prior experience in the watchmaking or luxury jewelry sector, particularly with Richemont or comparable heritage brands, is highly advantageous.
Education
Master's Degree or equivalent level of education required.
