Richemont seeks a Client Advisor for Harrods in London to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver discreet, personalised client service to a high-net-worth and international clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across the maison's range, advising clients on materials, provenance and after-sales care.
  • Manage client records and follow-up communications using the boutique CRM; coordinate appointments, private viewings and bespoke services.
  • Ensure visual merchandising, stock presentation and boutique standards meet brand guidelines at all times.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and repairs accurately using the point-of-sale system; assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate with boutique team and wider Richemont network on client events, product launches and VIP programmes while adhering to loss-prevention and compliance procedures.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English; additional languages an advantage (desirable but not required).
  • Impeccable presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused demeanour.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with discerning clients and manage confidential client information.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.
  • Right to work in the UK (or relevant local jurisdiction) and ability to travel locally for events as required.

Experience

Preferably 1–3 years of frontline sales experience in luxury retail, jewellery or watches, or demonstrable high-end client service experience; experience within a department store environment (Harrods, Selfridges, etc.) is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, luxury brand management or a related field is desirable.
