Richemont seeks a Client Advisor in Las Vegas to deliver exceptional luxury retail service and cultivate exclusive client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clientele through personalized service and consultation
- Present and demonstrate product collections with emphasis on craftsmanship, heritage, and unique selling propositions
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain showroom and display standards consistent with luxury brand guidelines
- Identify client preferences and recommend products tailored to individual needs
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns with discretion and diplomatic skill
