Richemont is hiring a Client Advisor in Las Vegas — deliver personalised luxury client service and drive sales in a boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and retail clients to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client profiles, purchase history and follow-up actions to drive retention and measurable recovery.
- Manage boutique transactions, including point-of-sale operations, payment processing and daily cash reconciliation in accordance with company procedures.
- Curate and maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation to reflect maison heritage and seasonal directives.
- Support inventory control: receive, tag and store merchandise securely; conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate after-sales services and liaise with internal technical/repairs teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Participate in client events, private appointments and trunk shows; collaborate with the store leadership on local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or high-end client-facing sales (see experience).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong clienteling aptitude with attention to discrete, personalised service.
- Proficiency with CRM and point-of-sale systems and accurate transaction handling.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury retail or high-end sales, ideally with exposure to watches, jewellery or premium accessories and demonstrated success meeting sales targets and managing HNW clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, retail, hospitality or luxury management preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
