Richemont seeks a Client Advisor at KL Pavilion Boutique in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for luxury jewelry retail and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a unique and memorable client experience throughout the entire customer journey, before, during, and after purchase
- Proactively develop and cultivate a personal client portfolio to drive sales growth and meet individual and boutique targets
- Establish strong client relationships and foster long-term client loyalty through personalized service
- Participate in daily boutique operations including product displays, inventory management, and administrative duties as required
- Exercise flexibility and initiative to maintain the highest standards of service and support team objectives
- Embody the values and heritage of the Maison whilst representing the brand with elegance and professionalism
Qualifications
- Fluent communication in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Demonstrated commercial ability and strong selling skills
- Excellent service orientation with a client-focused mindset
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
- Passion for luxury jewelry and high-end fashion
- Flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate a genuine passion for luxury goods and proven success in customer-centric environments.
Education
Secondary education minimum; further education in hospitality, retail management, or business studies is advantageous.
