Richemont seeks a Client Advisor in Kuala Lumpur to deliver high‑touch luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a high‑touch, personalised client experience consistent with maison standards to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive client acquisition.
- Build and maintain an up‑to‑date client book; execute clienteling activities including follow-ups, invitations and appointment management.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across relevant categories and advise clients on features, provenance and care of luxury items.
- Manage boutique merchandising, stock integrity and visual presentation in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, handle transactions accurately and support after‑sales services such as repairs and returns.
- Collaborate with store leadership and regional teams on events, launches and local CRM initiatives.
Qualifications
- Professional, polished presentation and a client‑centric demeanour appropriate to ultra‑luxury retail.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and convert high‑value opportunities; strong commercial acumen.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
- Right to work in Malaysia and willingness to comply with brand policies and operational procedures.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, watches, jewellery or premium accessories. Prior boutique or high‑end hospitality experience is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or sales is advantageous.
