Richemont Client Advisor position in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia—luxury retail sales and client relationship management in fine jewelry or watches boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and memorable in-store experience by greeting, acknowledging, and serving every client with warmth, professionalism, and solid product knowledge across all customer touchpoints
  • Develop and execute a proactive client relationship strategy in partnership with boutique management, including participation in in-store and offsite events, networking opportunities, and relationship cultivation
  • Accurately capture and leverage client data through available CRM tools to identify follow-up opportunities and facilitate personalized, ongoing engagement
  • Master the sales ceremony by asking strategic questions, listening attentively to client needs, handling objections with finesse, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets while adhering to retail guidelines
  • Provide detailed technical descriptions of Maison pieces, including construction methods, materials, care requirements, and design heritage, to reinforce brand uniqueness and educate clients
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Maison collections, values, history, and brand codes, communicating these elements with passion and storytelling that resonates with clientele
  • Support post-sale client relations in accordance with Maison values, offering recommendations and referrals that exemplify exceptional service
  • Maintain industry awareness and competitive intelligence to position the Maison effectively in the market
  • Execute daily boutique operations including security compliance, display merchandising, inventory management, and participation in cycle counts and audits
  • Assist with special projects as assigned, including price changes, back-office support, and facility maintenance coordination

Qualifications

  • Passion for luxury goods and demonstrable commitment to delivering premium client experiences
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Strong consultative selling ability with proven capacity to understand and anticipate client needs
  • Fluency in English; additional languages preferred given the Saudi Arabian market
  • Professional appearance and deportment befitting a luxury brand environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support boutique management initiatives

Experience
