Richemont (IWC) seeks a Client Advisor in Seoul (Galleria) for a luxury watch boutique sales role focused on clienteling and sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, discreet and relationship-driven service to high‑value clients in the IWC boutique at Galleria Seoul.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Cultivate and grow a qualified client portfolio including new client acquisition and VIP relationship management.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across IWC collections and communicate technical watch details with confidence.
- Manage boutique visual standards, merchandising and stock rotation to reflect brand presentation guidelines.
- Oversee point-of-sale procedures, accurate transaction processing and reconciliation in accordance with internal controls.
- Coordinate after‑sales and service referrals with the brand service centre and ensure client follow-up.
- Participate in brand trainings, product launches, in-store events and market initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within watches, jewellery or high-end accessories.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing repeat client relationships in a premium retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a service-first mindset.
- Ability to assimilate technical horology knowledge and convey it clearly to clients.
- Legally authorised to work in South Korea and available for retail hours including weekends and peak periods.
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in luxury watch or jewellery retail with demonstrable sales performance, clienteling ability and familiarity with boutique operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary study in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management is advantageous.
