Richemont seeks a Client Advisor for IWC in Incheon, South Korea. Lead store operations, manage teams, and drive customer satisfaction in this full-time luxury retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and store management guidelines
- Manage staffing issues, plan shifts and rotas, and address customer complaints to enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate key product and service features, leading demo specialists to maximize customer value during product presentations
- Guide teams in delivering consistent product and service information aligned with established messaging and positioning standards
- Oversee day-to-day store operations across front-end, back-end, and sales floor functions to achieve sales performance targets
- Lead teams in recording and processing customer orders while aggregating common customer issues to develop effective response strategies
- Develop and approve short- to medium-term work schedules, manage overtime allocation, and allocate resources as required
- Identify opportunities to introduce complementary products and services during customer interactions
- Set clear objectives for sales activities, utilize standard presentation materials, and ask relevant questions to gauge customer interest
- Implement customer contact plans to communicate product launches and engage potential customers in sales campaigns
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and complaints, resolving issues or escalating complex cases appropriately
- Recommend products and services that align with customer needs, explain selections, and facilitate purchases under standard terms
- Participate in performance assessment, development planning, and formal and informal training activities to enhance personal capabilities
- Monitor personal and team performance metrics, allocate work assignments, review completion standards, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain professional accreditation and stay informed on relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education
