Client Advisor position at Richemont in Hong Kong. Provide luxury retail expertise and personalized customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling and product guidance to clientele across luxury collections
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive service and follow-up communications
- Facilitate product knowledge expertise and demonstrate brand heritage to discerning customers
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations with precision
- Identify client preferences and recommend complementary offerings to enhance shopping experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage affluent clientele
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
- Demonstrated passion for luxury goods and fashion heritage

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of customer-facing experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium brand environments; prior experience with Richemont or comparable conglomerates is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; specialized training in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.
