Richemont Sales Associate in Hong Kong SAR—luxury retail role offering client-centric sales excellence and brand ambassadorship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensures a unique and exceptional client experience before, during, and after each sale
- Masters all stages of the sales process, including welcome, discovery, persuasion, closing, and client development
- Adapts sales approach to clients' individual needs and motivations
- Handles negotiations and objections with confidence and professionalism
- Cultivates strong client relationships and develops client loyalty through personalized service
- Executes targeted CRM actions to develop and expand the client portfolio
- Transmits the passion and values of the Maison to every client interaction
- Acts as the privileged contact for clients regarding after-sales care and services
- Participates in client events and acts as an Ambassador of the Maison
- Meets both individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative
- Participates in inventory management and stock takes
- Assists with boutique opening and closing procedures
- Implements Visual Merchandising guidelines and maintains boutique presentation standards
- Respects all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures

- Proven sales experience in a luxury retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong product knowledge and ability to convey brand heritage
- Client-centric mindset with demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships

Experience
Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a comparable client-facing role within the luxury sector is essential.
Education
Secondary education (or equivalent) required; further education in hospitality, retail management, or business studies is advantageous.
