Client Advisor position at Richemont in Hong Kong — luxury retail role delivering personalized service to elite clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product consultation and styling advice to affluent clientele
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through personalized service and follow-up
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining premium service standards
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of brand heritage, product collections, and craftsmanship
- Process transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain boutique appearance and merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize client experience
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or high-end client services
- Fluency in English and Cantonese (or Mandarin); additional languages valued
