Richemont is hiring a Client Advisor in Hong Kong — deliver luxury client service and drive sales across Richemont maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, anticipatory client service in a luxury retail environment to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Proactively identify, prospect and follow up on high-value clients using clienteling techniques and appointment-setting.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across relevant maisons and collections; advise clients on materials, provenance and after‑sales care.
- Manage sales transactions, stock movements and client records accurately using store POS and CRM systems.
- Uphold boutique presentation standards, visual merchandising and loss-prevention procedures at all times.
- Coordinate with after-sales, repair and service teams to ensure seamless client experiences post-purchase.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a client-first mindset and polished interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to sell high-value luxury goods through consultative, relationship-driven approaches.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to adapt language and tone to a discerning clientele.
- Professional demeanour, attention to detail and commitment to maintaining boutique standards.
- Flexibility for retail hours including weekends and public holidays; readiness to support special events and private appointments.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of retail experience within luxury watches, jewellery or premium fashion; candidates with strong high‑end hospitality or private client service backgrounds will also be considered.
Education
Secondary school diploma required; tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China.
