Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Hong Kong — luxury boutique role delivering personalised client service and achieving sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and after-sales follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team performance and KPI reporting.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to advise clients on fine watches, jewellery and related services with technical accuracy and brand-appropriate tone.
  • Uphold boutique standards for presentation, visual merchandising and stock integrity; manage merchandising resets and inventory controls.
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash and cards securely, and operate point-of-sale and CRM systems in compliance with company procedures.
  • Support boutique events, private appointments and VIP client visits; collaborate with cross-functional teams (after-sales, marketing, visual merchandising).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales (1–3 years preferred), ideally with watches or high jewellery.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Polished interpersonal presence, discretion and an aptitude for consultative selling.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays; eligible to work in Hong Kong.
  • Multilingual ability (Cantonese and English; Mandarin advantageous) is highly desirable.

Experience
