Richemont seeks a Client Advisor in Ho Chi Minh City to deliver luxury boutique sales and exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, discreet service to high‑net‑worth and walk‑in clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.
  • Develop and maintain a curated client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and after‑sales care to maximise lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and cross‑selling of product ranges.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems and manage accurate transaction processing, client records and CRM updates.
  • Ensure boutique presentation and visual merchandising meet maison standards; manage stock, replenishment and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Support boutique events, private viewings and trunk shows, collaborating with store leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Adhere to brand policies, compliance requirements and local regulations regarding product handling and customer data.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to sell to and cultivate relationships with discerning clientele in a premium or luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with polished personal presentation and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with attention to detail in client records, stock control and visual standards.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
  • Legal authorization to work in Vietnam.

Experience
