Richemont seeks a Client Advisor in Hanoi — boutique sales role delivering personalised service and driving luxury sales for Richemont maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience consistent with luxury house standards and brand values.
- Proactively generate and convert sales through client prospecting, appointment-setting and in-store engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through structured clienteling and follow-up communications.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and articulate technical features, provenance and value to clients.
- Execute sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and manage cash/transaction reconciliation.
- Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation to uphold brand aesthetics and seasonal directives.
- Participate in in-store events, private client appointments and VIP service activations.
- Manage stockroom operations, inventory accuracy and coordinate with after-sales/repairs teams as required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused, service-oriented demeanour.
- Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining brand standards.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and experience handling transactions and basic reconciling.
- Professional presentation and the capacity to represent high-end maisons in a boutique environment.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct luxury retail or boutique sales experience is expected, preferably with exposure to watches, high jewellery or premium accessories and demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training or higher education in retail, hospitality or related fields preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Hanoi, Hanoi, Vietnam.
