Richemont is hiring a German-speaking Client Advisor in Amsterdam. Provide luxury client service, drive sales and cultivate relationships in a Richemont boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to German-speaking clients across the boutique sales journey, from first contact through after-sales care.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using consultative selling and tailored clienteling techniques.
  • Cultivate and expand a proprietary client portfolio through proactive outreach, appointment-setting and relationship management.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock rotation, inventory accuracy and professional presentation of product.
  • Process sales transactions and returns accurately, manage reservations and follow up on bespoke or special-order requests.
  • Collaborate with the store team on store initiatives, client events and training; contribute to daily floor operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) — essential for direct client engagement.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail or premium customer-facing roles; demonstrable sales results preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building long-term client relationships.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
