Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to German-speaking clients across the boutique sales journey, from first contact through after-sales care.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using consultative selling and tailored clienteling techniques.
- Cultivate and expand a proprietary client portfolio through proactive outreach, appointment-setting and relationship management.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock rotation, inventory accuracy and professional presentation of product.
- Process sales transactions and returns accurately, manage reservations and follow up on bespoke or special-order requests.
- Collaborate with the store team on store initiatives, client events and training; contribute to daily floor operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) — essential for direct client engagement.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or premium customer-facing roles; demonstrable sales results preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building long-term client relationships.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
