Vacheron Constantin Client Advisor position in Geneva. Premium retail role requiring 5+ years luxury experience, French/English fluency.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences that welcome and attentively serve every visitor, mastering all key moments of the sales ceremony and tailoring solutions to client aspirations
  • Cultivate and manage a personalized client portfolio using CRM systems to capture client data, implement bespoke follow-up strategies, and build deep, long-term relationships
  • Drive sales performance by consistently achieving and exceeding boutique turnover targets, handling negotiations and objections with ease while maximizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Provide exceptional after-sales client support, acting as a trusted referent and recommending solutions that maintain the highest service standards
  • Represent Vacheron Constantin's heritage and values both in-store and in the local luxury market, sharing the Maison's unique stories and demonstrating expert knowledge of collections, movements, and technical materials
  • Support boutique events, activations, and operational excellence through setup, visual merchandising maintenance, inventory management, and participation in compliance procedures and audits
  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues on back-office projects and assist with daily boutique operations to ensure flawless execution

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in fine watchmaking or jewelry, or equivalent experience in high-end luxury hospitality
  • Excellent sales track record demonstrated in target-driven, fast-paced retail environments with a measurable results-oriented approach
  • Strong proficiency navigating CRM databases to extract client insights, track behaviors, and build proactive client action plans
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, professional demeanor, and demonstrated comfort with digital tools and MS Office applications
  • Fluency in French and English required; additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or German are advantageous
  • Genuine passion for luxury watchmaking, fine craftsmanship, and the heritage of Vacheron Constantin
