Richemont Client Advisor position in Dubai. Deliver personalized luxury retail service to affluent clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative, personalized service to high-net-worth clientele and regular customers
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through attentive follow-up and bespoke offerings
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across assigned luxury categories and communicate brand heritage effectively
- Achieve or exceed personal sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of service quality
- Maintain an immaculate appearance and comportment consistent with luxury brand positioning
- Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems and payment methods
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and client experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, premium clienteling, or high-touch sales environments
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with affluent clientele and manage complex client relationships
- Fluency in English and Arabic preferred; additional languages an advantage
- Strong numerical aptitude and comfort with commission-based compensation structures
Skills
Experience
2–5 years of proven experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality, or high-end clienteling; familiarity with Richemont brands or competitive luxury conglomerates highly valued.
Education
Secondary education (Grade 12/Baccalauréat or equivalent); hospitality, business, or luxury management certifications preferred.
