Richemont Sales Associate position in Dubai — deliver luxury retail excellence through exceptional customer engagement and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product consultation to a diverse, international clientele
- Execute point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Develop product expertise across assigned categories and communicate benefits to customers
- Maintain compliance with luxury retail standards and brand guidelines
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of luxury retail or hospitality experience
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Fluency in English and Arabic or French (preferred)
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury brand standards

Experience
1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles within an upscale environment.
